Covenants and CC&Rs: These are the recorded rules that bind owners and the HOA, covering property use, restrictions, and responsibilities. In short, these are our community's main "what you can and cannot do" rules. These rules are recorded with the county clerk and are very hard to change requiring a large number of votes from HOA members.
These rules give the HOA legal authority to enforce rules (fines, lines, etc.).
The Amended Declaration for Master Subdivision was completed in 2013.
