Canal Irrigation ShutDown Coming Up October 8
The week of October 5-8 will be the last days of canal water distribution in The Seasons.
Filings 1 & 3 and Filing 4 Courtyard will receive their last scheduled waterings prior to Thursday October 8 shutdown at 4pm. Winterization of lines will occur later in the month when Bookcliff will have an extended period to blow out and repair lines and valves. Our 25 week irrigation season started early this year due to a dry winter but the planned schedule satisfies the contractual time frame.
Filing 5 and Filing 4 Custom: Any last-minute watering should be completed prior to 4pm Thursday, October 8th. Please complete watering by 4pm so we will be able to ensure the pond has time to fill before final shutdown. We need sufficient water in it for the winter season.
Filings 1, 3, and Filing 4 Courtyard: All HOA-controlled irrigation clocks will be turned off at 4pm on Thursday, Oct 8. If you have independent maintenance personnel perform your shut-off or you do it yourself, you may do that at any time from October 12 onward. Bookcliff Gardens will be shutting down the Small and Large systems and blowing out the systems for Filing 1, Filing 3 Perimeter, and Filing 4 Courtyard homes, as well as Filing 4 Custom/Filing 5 Main Lines later in the month as they will be performing maintenance as they go. Mowing for Filing 4 Courtyard homes will continue through October.
For those homeowners who use household water for irrigation, you should have your system shut down and blown out prior to any freezing temperatures to avoid damage to your system.
