Although the Japanese Beetle has not been identified in The Seasons subdivision, there are some localized hot spots in the Redlands area and our landscape vendor is on the lookout. Identification begins in late spring. In past years Bookcliff has treated common area turf lawns and Filing 4 Courtyard turf lawns per the management contract and the Amendment for Management of those turf yards; this was done as a preventative measure. Homeowners whose turf lawns are not covered by a management agreement are responsible for control of their lawns. If you see what looks like a Japanese please advise bod@seasonshoa.com regarding location.
