- New Board Members: Wolfgang Sigmund is the new President, Bruce Noble Vice-President, Don Fry Treasurer, Gretchen Gahm Secretary, and Roger Williams Board Member-At-Large.
- Quarterly Board of Director Meeting Dates are April 16, July 23, October 15 at 5pm. There is no First Quarter Meeting scheduled. These meetings will be held at Redlands United Methodist Church. Homeowners are invited to attend.
- The 2026 Annual Meeting will be December 3rd and held at the Tiara Rado Club House. We hope all owners can attend.
- Below you will find an Annual Assessment PDF Attachment which can be easily opened and printed. As discussed at the Annual Meeting, the new schedule based on Irrigation Service Category is being used for 2026. Assessment notices will be mailed to each homeowner in early January.
- The Seasons Responsible Lighting: At the request of several homeowners, the Board and DRC are discussing a Responsible Lighting Policy. Please see the document below. Any comments can be forwarded to bod@seasonshoa.com.
