12.4.25 Followup to Annual Meeting and Rental Poll:
At the Annual Meeting the Budget for 2026 was Approved. Minutes will follow. A poll regarding rentals in The Seasons was distributed; we are posting it here in the attachements below so that anyone who was not able to attend will be able to complete it and return to the Board. This is being done to get a general feel for how homeowners feel about a minimum time for leases as well as rental caps.

The Seasons at Tiara Rado Home Owners' Association will hold its Annual Meeting on December 2, 2025, 5-7pm, at Tiara Rado Clubhouse. The Budget Packet that was mailed to all homeowners is posted here along with other supporting data and Board Member candidate bios.
On 11.11.25 a revised Proposed Budget was posted here which takes the place of the budget in the packet. The only change was the name of Line Item 70235.2 which should be "High Tiara Water Lease" and is now changed. The $$ amount remains the same.
This was a change in date due to the Tiara Rado Clubhouse not being available for the original date.
